Getting What you need ... sometimes
A negotiation is a careful exploration of our position and our clients, with the goal of finding a mutually acceptable compromise that gives us both as much of what we want as possible. People's positions are rarely as fundamentally opposed as they may initially appear – the other person may have very different goals from the ones we expect. So how do we get to a win-win solution? This course helps us to negotiate within the organisations and choose the most effective communication in a negotiation context. We will assess when to negotiate or when it is not a negotiation context. We will talk about our flexibility and develop a win win collaborative negotiation. Why, what, when and with whom negotiation process will help us to assess the specific situation and define the best win win tactics to persuade.
