What is conflict? Different views is not a conflict. A debate is not a conflict. So why sometimes do we feel we are in conflict. And which is the role of trust in a conflict management? Trust is measured by the degree of safety and security people feel towards one another. It lies at the heart of many interpersonal and team successes and the lack of it, at the heart of conflicts. This course will introduce tools on creating trust and cope with conflicts. The Trust model will provide a common language which individuals, teams and organizations can use to build and nurture trust in their relationships. The conflict model will be an easy structure to hold in mind to make appropriate concessions and achieve win-win solutions.
