Unconscious Bias

Workshop Description

Everyone has bias, sometimes we are aware of ours, sometimes we are not. So what does Bias mean today and why very often are we Unconscious of it. This course helps us discover the meaning, to become conscious about our biases and start to manage them. The 3 G's Map will also help us to recognise some bias in others and manage the possible impact on our business. We talk about diversity, equity and inclusion. We need to analyse ourselves to become more inclusive with others.
